Since 1964, our family has been baking biscuits worth making room for.
What began as a small Camberwell bakery grew into Mac’s Shortbread – a much-loved Australian biscuit brand created by the McAlpin family, built on family recipes, quality ingredients, and a sincere belief that a good bickie can improve just about any moment. As tastes changed, so did we. From Camberwell to Surrey Hills and now Kerang, Victoria, our family has kept baking, adapting, and finding new ways to share our biscuits with homes across Australia.
